Bio

Charles Falck brings nearly ten years of criminal law experience to Smith & Vinson Law Firm. After graduating magna cum laude at Wake Forest University in North Carolina, Charles moved to Texas to attend the University of Texas School of Law. While at UT, Charles was active in the trial advocacy and Mock Trial programs and interned at the Williamson County District Attorney's Office. After graduation, Charles started his career at the Williamson County Attorney's Office, where he secured successful verdicts in dozens of jury trials and acted as the office's lead prosecutor in multiple County Courts of Law. Charles continued volunteering for the Mock Trial program at UT throughout his tenure at the Williamson County Attorney's Office.

In 2017, Charles moved to the Brazos County District Attorney's Office, where he both handled and tried felony cases of all levels and was responsible for half of the county's juvenile law docket. Charles then became a statewide prosecutor at the Office of the Attorney General, where he prosecuted public officials across all of Texas. Charles is committed to a thorough, ethical, and passionate representation of his clients, and will use his vast array of experiences across the State to secure the best outcome for his clients.
